How coverage is structured
Most facilities use one of four engagement models. We can combine them — for example on-site rounding with overnight tele-crisis — under a single contract and a single invoice.
Emergency gap coverage
A resignation, illness or sudden leave. We prioritise clinicians already licensed in your state and can start with telepsychiatry while credentialing completes.
Recurring block schedules
7on/7off, 14on/14off or fixed weekday panels for months at a time. The same one or two psychiatrists rotate so your teams and patients see familiar faces.
Scheduled leave cover
Parental leave, sabbatical or a planned vacancy booked weeks ahead, with credentialing started early so day one is a normal clinical day.
As-needed consults
Per-case second opinions, capacity assessments or overflow consults billed by the hour with no minimum commitment.
